While Aetna Plans for Individuals are available state wide it is important to realize that Aetna contracts only with the Banner Health Network which is limited to Maricopa and select areas of Pinal County.

Aetna offers Bronze, Silver and Gold plans. Aetna also offers a Catastrophic Plan for ages 21-29 or if you qualify for an exemption based on income. Bronze Plans options are the $20 Copay Plan includes a co-pay for Primary Care Doctor visits and generic prescriptions as well as a High Deductible Health Plan which is Health Savings Account compatible.
Silver Plan options include a High Deductible Plan as well as the $10 Copay plan which includes copays for both Primary Care and Specialists as well as copays for generic and brand name drugs. Aetna also offers one Gold Plan that features a $5 co-pay for Primary Care Physicians $40 for a Specialist along with a drug card.
